Taichi is often described as “meditation in motion”, but it might well be called “medication in motion”. There is growing evidence that this mind-body practice which originated in China as a martial art, has value in treating or preventing many health problems. And you can get started even if you aren’t in top shape or the best of health.
And we do have a very experienced and humble Taichi master, Mr. Ang Babu Lama, to help us to learn this wonderful meditation in motion. He has been in this field for almost 20 golden years. Throughout this wonderful journey, He has participated in uncountable national and international games. Among them, He bagged a Gold medal in SAF games in 2010 and 2 more gold medals in the Taichi world tournament held in Taiwan in 2008. Currently, He is a wushu coach at the national sports council as well. So, Without further ado, let’s join his vision and help yourself to be healthy as well as to create a healthy society.
